Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4-8 salmon filets
  • 3 T packed brown sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 4 t Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard and brush on salmon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer to serving plate.
  • Drizzle with excess glaze.
