Good Deeds Week: Lasagna Love

When to Pick up Supplies: Friday, March 25th – Sunday, March 27th
When to Drop off Lasagna: Wednesday, April 6th, between 4:30 and 6:30 PM, or Sunday, April 10th, between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM

Good Deeds Day was initiated in 2007 by Israeli businesswoman and philanthropist, Shari Arison. It has evolved into Good Deeds Week! All over the world, hundreds of thousands choose to volunteer and help others, putting into practice the simple idea that every single person can do something good, large or small, to improve the lives of others and positively change the world. CEH is proud to be part of this initiative in our area led by the Jewish Federation.

Join us in doing good through making lasagna!

From Friday, March 25th – Sunday, March 27th, the CEH Social Action Committee will provide disposable pans, gloves, recipe ideas and a food handling form to interested participants in the CEH lobby.

At home, please make your own favorite cheese or vegetarian lasagna or follow the recipe ideas we give you. Bring your baked lasagna back to CEH on Wednesday, April 6, between 4:30 and 6:30 PM, or Sunday, April 10, between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM. You can also contact the office if you need to make alternative arrangements. CEH will store all lasagna in the kitchen and deliver to PathForward shelter.

Please email Paula Levin-Alcorn if you will be participating.
