I don’t know about you, but I am looking forward to once again resuming in-person services, even on a limited basis. We will be starting with Friday night services on April 30th, and starting morning services for Shabbat and Yom Tov on May 15th. Please note that you MUST register in advance to attend. There are still limits on attendance due to COVID, and we will be assigning spaced-out seats to family “pods” that contain at least one person who is not fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated people are only subject to the total capacity limit, not to the pod limit. Don’t worry – the services will still be available over Zoom, and anything not requiring a minyan will be available to be led by a Zoom participant. Our Thursday morning services will remain virtual for now.
We will also be having our semiannual membership meeting on Sunday, May 23rd at 10AM. As with our last two meetings, it will be over Zoom. It is important for members to attend this meeting, as it is when we elect our officers and directors for the year running from July 1st to June 30th. In addition to the election, we will have updates from the officers, and opportunities for attendees to ask questions.
I hope to see you (virtually) there!
