Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- 1 package extra firm tofu, cubed
- 1 bag mixed vegetables
- 1 package Thai rice noodles
- 4c Thai Culinary Stock or other vegetable stock
- Sriracha Sauce
Directions
- Prepare the rice noodles.
- Heat tofu, vegetables, and broth over medium heat.
- Serve over noodles, adding Sriracha sauce to taste.
