Tofu Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 package extra firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables
  • 1 package Thai rice noodles
  • 4c Thai Culinary Stock or other vegetable stock
  • Sriracha Sauce

Directions

  • Prepare the rice noodles.
  • Heat tofu, vegetables, and broth over medium heat.
  • Serve over noodles, adding Sriracha sauce to taste.
