Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 4-5 pound brisket
  • 2 bottles of chili sauce
  • 2 bottles of water or beef broth
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 package (envelope) onion soup
  • 1 bag little carrots
  • 1 turkey size brown in bag-floured according to packagae directions.

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in the brown in bag -flat side of brisket up (if fit has fat on it).
  • Make slits in the bag according to directions.
  • Put in large pan.
  • Bake at 325 for 4-5 hours until brisket is tender
  • Let it cool, then slice.
If making a big brisket double ingredients except the carrots.
