Two of the websites I go back to again and again are Keshet (https://www.keshetonline.org/), specifically their Resources and Events page, and RitualWell (https://ritualwell.org/). Keshet is specifically LGBTQIA+ focused, and the resources are on how to make Jewish ritual and practice more inclusive of queer community. Ritualwell is often useful for that purpose, but it is helpful in terms of reimagining all types of ritual or creating new traditions for times when you might be in need of them.
