When was the first siddur made?

People believe that the first siddur was made in 1486 in Italy. The siddurim still weren’t mass produced until 400 years later in 1865 . This means that although we use them a lot nowadays they didn’t use them much in the 400 years and they probably just had about 10 or 20 siddurim per congregation.
