SAC is excited to host two “get out the vote” letter writing parties at CEH. Come nosh and schmooze and help get out the vote!

 

SAC will provide letters, stamps and envelopes, coffee and bagels! Your job will be to add addresses (provided) and personal messages. PLEASE REGISTER so we know how many letters to have ready!

 

We’ll be writing letters for Vote Forward. Vote Forward is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization. The mission is to empower grassroots volunteers to encourage their fellow citizens in underrepresented communities to vote. You can learn more about the organization here. Letter writing matters: “We’ve shown that Vote Forward letters can boost voter turnout by as much as 3.4 percentage points. This is big! Our handwritten letters are among the most effective ways you can help get out the vote.”
